Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, cash and personal checks.

Leash/Crate Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all pets must be on a leash and properly controlled or in a pet carrier while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

Appointment Policy:

In order for scheduled appointments and surgical procedures to be given ample time, we operate primarily by appointment. However, when emergency situations arise, they receive top priority which is why we occasionally have appointment delays. We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding when these situations occur. We make every attempt to see each client on time.

An office visit fee will be charged to clients who do not give a 24-hour cancellation notice.
